Send HTML Form Data to Slack.

Formbot captures information from your visitors directly to your Slack channel. Great for contact forms, quote requests, and more!

Here's how it works:

1. Add Formbot to your Slack

2. Add a plain ol' HTML form to your site:

    <input type="text" name="name" placeholder="Name" />
    <input type="email" name="email" placeholder="Email" />
    <textarea name="message"></textarea>

    <input type="submit" value="Submit" />

3. Formbot will post your visitors' responses to any Slack channel:

Formbot sends the contents of your visitors' forms directly into a Slack channel.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

Formbot is free for 500 form submissions per month. Beyond that, I charge $12 per month for unlimited submissions across unlimited sites. Contact me to find out more.

Do you store the contents of my site's form submissions?

Nope! Formbot only stores data about how many submissions were made and when. Your data leaves your visitor's fingertips, hits my server, and goes directly to Slack's API.

Who are you?

I'm Teejay VanSlyke, a developer in Portland, Oregon. I love using static site generators like Jekyll and Middleman, but found myself out of options as soon as I wanted to add a form. I built Formbot specifically for adding a contact form to my own site, and hope your sites will benefit, too!
